Research and interviews
Conducting qualitative and quantitative research, I gathered key information for the project. To deepen and validate the information, 5 users within the SELLERS profile were interviewed. Withdrawal reached 70%, as the change of platform and the double registration generated distrust.
Customers had questions and did not have quick access to salespeople for clarification.
Sellers had no control of their processes or customers.
