Latest Challenge
This is my latest challenge. An ecosystem for app drivers. I started as a Senior Product Designer, working on desktop and mobile journeys between the teams of this tribe (BU), among the main tasks are discoveries and deliveries for the website, Mobile app, internal systems, human service flows, and chatbot, also develop style guide, and design system. As a design leader, I worked with two other product designers as a mentor and assisted in career and technician development. Also working on the product's evolution, the UX process's maturity, design metrics, and new business.

High-level goals achieved:
• +35k drivers active.
• +40k WAU in app.
• Growth app score from 1.2 to 4.6 (Play Store) and 4.7 (Apple Store).
• Delivered new architectural information to the APP, based on research and customer feedback.
• Digital car breakdown checklist in less than 9min.
